Terms & conditions

These terms are between you and TUMLE Creators (Global Group ApS), which runs this platform, pays your commission and holds the licence to your content on behalf of Breaseworld. "We" and "our" mean TUMLE Creators and Breaseworld.

What you get

•You earn 5% of the sales Meta attributes to any ad Breaseworld runs using your content. A sale counts when it is one of the purchases made within 7 days of someone clicking the ad, or within 1 day of someone seeing it — the sales Meta reports for the ad by default.

•A single piece of content can earn up to 5.000,00 kr. in total. Everything up to that ceiling is yours.

•TUMLE Creators pays your commission in DKK once a month, on the 1st. Each month's commission is paid on the 1st of the following month (September's on 1 October). A sale Meta attributes after that month has been paid is paid with the next month. Breaseworld does not pay you directly, and you do not invoice Breaseworld.

•All commission amounts include VAT. Nothing is added on top, whether or not you are registered for VAT (see Money and tax).

•There is no follower minimum and no exclusivity. You can stop at any time.

What Breaseworld gets

•You grant TUMLE Creators a licence to use and adapt the content you upload, with the right to sublicense it to Breaseworld and the agencies working for Breaseworld. Under it, Breaseworld may use your content across paid and organic media, on its own websites and product pages, and in its email and marketing material, in all its markets.

•We credit you by your Instagram handle wherever the format allows.

•We may trim, crop, reframe and re-cut your material, combine clips from it, make stills from it, and add music or sound, to fit a placement. We will not change its meaning or overlay claims you did not make.

Review

•Everything you upload is reviewed by a person before it runs anywhere.

•We may decline something without giving a detailed reason. Declining a piece of content is not a judgement of you and does not affect your enrollment.

Your responsibilities

•You confirm the content is yours to give us, and that you have not granted a conflicting exclusive licence to anyone else.

•You confirm you have the consent of everyone who appears in it — including your own children — for their image to be used in paid advertising and on Breaseworld's website. If you cannot give that consent, do not upload it.

•You confirm the content does not make health, safety or developmental claims about Breaseworld's products that Breaseworld has not made itself.

Money and tax

•For every payment, TUMLE Creators issues a self-billing invoice on your behalf, as you agree to on your profile. You find it with the payment in the app, and it is emailed to you.

•Commission is paid including VAT. If your business is registered for VAT in Denmark, the 25% VAT is included in each payment, not added to it: a payment of 100 kr. is 80 kr. plus 20 kr. VAT, and your self-billing invoice shows the split. You declare that VAT as usual.

•If your business is registered for VAT in another country, the reverse charge applies and the payment contains no Danish VAT. If you are not registered for VAT, no VAT is involved and the full payment is yours.

•Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on it in your own country.

•TUMLE Creators may be required to report amounts it pays you to the tax authorities.

Ending it

•You can stop your enrollment at any time — message us in the app and we will end it.

•Stopping does not withdraw the licence, or Breaseworld's sublicence, for content already used in a live ad or on Breaseworld's website, and does not affect commission already earned.

•We may end the program, or your enrollment in it, with reasonable notice. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
