Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data TUMLE holds about you. How to do it depends on what data you mean.
Instagram messages
If you have sent direct messages to our TUMLE Instagram account and want that conversation deleted, email support@tumler.dk from — or naming — the Instagram handle you messaged us from, and ask us to delete your Instagram conversation. We will delete the stored messages and your associated Instagram id and username within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Disconnecting the Instagram account
If you are the TUMLE team member who connected our Instagram account, open Integrations in the brand panel and choose Disconnect. That immediately deletes our stored access token for the account. You can also remove the app from the Instagram account itself, under Instagram Settings → Apps and websites.
Your creator account
If you have a TUMLE creator account, deleting it from the Profile tab removes your account and the videos you uploaded. Records we are legally required to keep for accounting — commission actually paid — are retained for the statutory period.
